Tinned tuna, a food with excellent nutritional properties

Tuna is a great source of protein, vitamins and minerals of high biological value, being a food that contains few saturated fats, and gives us vitamins A, D, E, K and B, as well as having a high content of Omega 3, as well as phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium or iron.
